About us

This web site has been created to share hard-won information about how energy & water are consumed within a building (in this case  it happens to be a house), what the detail behind that is, and how you can generate savings while improving your life. How do you move Towards Net Zero? Energy management and water conservation are key activities to learn about and pursue.

The author Ian Sinclair, P.Eng., CEng, MEng&Man is an engineer who teaches at University part time and also consults on building and energy/water issues, sustainability and policy. Click on Contact in the main menu if you have further questions or would like to know more.
